Deviousness |
Yes, I support the illegalization of various drugs, such as crack or meth, because that can result in some major medical issues and can potentially cause the intoxicated people to harm innocent people. Marijuana doesn't do that, as you seem to know already. I can honestly tell you that when you're high on weed, you have more than enough trouble standing up or satisfying your craving for pizza, let alone trying to commit a violent crime. In fact, you wouldn't even want to! All I think about when I'm high is how cool it is to be around my friends, how amazing a snack is, and occasionally something philosophical. And if for some odd reason a guy high on weed tries to commit a violent crime, all the "victim" has to do is make a funny noise or a funny dance, and the high "criminal" will just roll over laughing or be too freaked out to continue.
I simply cannot see how marijuana has the potential to make somebody violent. Why the government doesn't realize this, I don't know. In fact, wouldn't the government actually PERFER if everyone was stupidly-dazed and happy?
